Estimate

In your request, we try our best to find a precise estimate or approximation which is usable for your job even if environment is not mature, incomplete or uncertain.

Because the method and materials for construction may vary each site, we visit the site to grab the substantial information.

After site visit, we develop a bill of materials needed in the project. With manufacturers and suppliers we survey the availability and current price to refine the cost and schedule.

For final review, one of our Master Plumbers takes part and finalize everything. Then we send e-mail or fax at your convenience.
