Return/Refund: We do not accept returns or refund requests. If there is something wrong with our work, we make it right. If there is a manufacturing defect that is not caught during the installation, we replace it at no cost to the client.

Payment: We require initial payment from client once engaged in the contract. It will be used for material purchase deposit, recruit of workforce, blueprints, and permit processing. The initial payment will guarantee our contract with client and suppliers.

Cancellation: Scheduled work may be cancelled without penalty with 24-hours prior notice by either side. In case of client’s cancellation, the initial payment could not be redeemed, if any.

Delivery/Shipping: We arrange the delivery schedule of the equipment/material for the project and delivery fee is included with the total cost.

Warranty: Peter Plumbing Assoc., Inc. warrants to the original client of the contract that all our projects are to be free of defect for one year from the close of escrow date. Normal maintenance services are excluded from this warranty.
